Flood Damage
This lodge suffered extensive damage when White Cross Bay flooded, causing water to rise approximately one foot throughout the entire property. The interior was completely devastated, with water seeping into the walls, furniture, flooring, and structural elements, leaving no choice but to fully gut the lodge. Our expert team carefully removed and replaced all damaged components, including the wallboards, insulation, and fixtures, ensuring no lingering moisture or mold issues. Every piece of furniture was remade to match the original specifications, and high-quality flooring was installed to restore the lodge to its former glory. By the time the work was completed, the lodge was brought back to factory-standard condition, ensuring it was safe, comfortable, and as good as new for its owners to enjoy once again.
Roof Damage
The caravan suffered significant roof damage, particularly in the central area and extending towards the rear section. The impact and exposure to the elements caused severe structural and surface damage, rendering many of the internal components compromised. To restore the caravan, our team conducted a full strip-out, removing all damaged and compromised materials from the roof structure. We replaced roof panels, repaired any structural supports, and ensured waterproofing integrity. Once the preparation was complete, we installed a brand-new, high-quality aluminium roof. This upgrade offers superior durability and weather resistance, ensuring the caravan is better protected against future extreme weather. Quality is at the heart of everything we do. To complete the restoration, we fitted new skylights, making sure they were sealed securely to prevent future leaks. We also installed a full replacement guttering system, improving drainage and reducing the risk of water build-up.
